How do I return an item?
When you buy from our site you are buying directly from the supplier who supply or makes the products. Your contract for the purchase of each product is with that supplier. All our suppliers sign up to our code of conduct for your peace of mind.

If you have changed your mind
If you have changed your mind you need to return your product to the supplier you purchased it from within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the contract. If the product is not suitable for posting the supplier will arrange to collect it from you.
Your refund will have the original shipping fee deducted from it and you will have to pay the costs of the return of any goods including any direct costs for collection.
You do not have a right to change your mind if you have unsealed our products and they are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, or where the products are perishable, bespoke/customised to your requirements, or liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (such as in the case of certain food and drink).
If your item is faulty
If your item is faulty or develops a fault within 30 days or is unfit for consumption on arrival you can get a refund. After 30 days the supplier will repair or replace the item in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please see our terms and conditions here for full information.
If you are returning an item you will need to post it back to the supplier or, if it is not suitable for posting, allow the supplier to collect it from you. If the item is perishable the supplier will advise you on what they require you to do with the item.
The supplier will pay the costs of postage or collection and will send you returns information or arrange collection.

When will I receive my refund?
We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind then, if we have not offered to collect goods, your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.
In all other cases, your refund will be made within 14 days of you telling us you have changed your mind.
