‘Gin and Bubbles’ from two fantastic companies, Laverstoke Farm and Otterbeck Distillery! The gin is an incredible new addition to the gin world which I helped develop over a period of a year (and it is from Yorkshire!), the flavours are a multitude of aromats and spices from pine and orange peel to juniper.

As for the fizz, this is classed as the best in the business in the UK, multi-award winning and rightly so. I’m sure the Cotton Gin will be hot on its heels as the distillery has only been open a few weeks. I use both of these in the restaurant and they taste fantastic!
