Delivery

All products will be delivered directly by the supplier, or their chosen delivery method.
You’ll be contacted by the supplier when your item has shipped.

Can I track my order?

It may be possible to track your items – check your shipping confirmation email or any communication from the supplier for further details.
To enquire about your order, contact shopsupport@jamesmartinchef.co.uk. We will contact the supplier for you and arrange for them to get back to you with an update.

Where is my delivery?

We state lead times from our suppliers where applicable on the product pages so please check this before contacting us. If the lead time has passed, please contact shopsupport@jamesmartinchef.co.uk. We will contact the supplier for you and arrange for them to get back to you with an update.

My order is incorrect or damaged

If your order is incorrect or damaged please use our returns process here. We will contact the supplier for you and arrange for them to come back to you.

Our opening hours

We monitor  shopsupport@jamesmartinchef.co.uk between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday-Friday but the opening hours of our suppliers may differ.

Delivery restrictions

Our suppliers reserve the right to not deliver an order if they believe the address isn’t secure, for example a communal address or PO box or if it is an area they do not deliver to. If this affects an order you place, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Our approved suppliers deliver to most postal areas in the UK. If delivery is not available to your post code you will be informed.
