Laverstoke Park Farm is 2500 acres of certified Organic farmland in Hampshire, owned by Jody Scheckter, 1979 Formula One World Champion turned Organic Farmer in 1996. His aim was to produce the best-tasting, healthiest food, without compromise for himself and his family.

Best known for their herd of water buffalo that graze on rich, organic pastures - they produce organic buffalo mozzarella, ice cream and other cheeses. To further enrich the farm’s biodiversity, in 2006 Jody planted a biodynamic vineyard on a south facing, chalk soil pasture on the farm that would produce the highest quality grapes to create an award winning sparkling wine.
