Ynyshir is a Michelin-star Restaurant and rooms led by Gareth Ward. It is located in mid-Wales, on the coast between Aberystwyth and Machynlleth.

The philosophy of the restaurant is flavour based with a strong focus on meat and fish in small bites, barbecued and covered in intense sauces that highlight Gareth’s passion for all the things we love to eat on a daily basis, in around 25 courses, ramped up in intensity and served with a soundtrack by the in house DJ.
