Sparkling Rosie, A crisp sparkling Pet Nat style rosé. This hand-harvested Rondo grape Rose’ makes an ideal accompaniment to any occasion. This fresh dry red berried fruity fizz. Bottle finished, low in sulphites, great with white meats or just serve very well chilled on its own. Fermentation continues in the bottle until completion. Pour gently as bottles do contain a yeast layer in the base.
