Burgers: Frozen 12 months, Defrosted 3 days
Sausages: Frozen 12 months, defrosted 3 days
Pheasant, Partridge, Venison Mince: Storage - Keep frozen at or below -18oC. Defrost 24hrs before required in a refrigerator. Once defrosted keep refrigerated use within 3 days. Do not refreeze.
Burgers and sausages: Keep frozen below -18oC and use within best before date. Before cooking, defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge and use within 3 days. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Do not refreeze.
