Twice Michelin-starred chef Atul Kochhar opened Vaasu in the gourmet village of Marlow in October 2020.
Vaasu has always been about staying true to the chef’s passion for gastronomic discovery; Atul’s inspiration for Vassu comes from his travels in India.
Vassu’s fine dining offering features an eight-course tasting menu that pays particular homage to Punjab, Delhi and Rajasthan. Atul Kochhar invites you to savour the flavours of the Indian states.
The restaurant’s chic interiors invite visitors to immerse themselves in a setting inspired by the splendor of India and its northern regions.
