Sample the range of our award-winning charcuterie with this selection box combining four sliced packs and half a salami. You’ll get to taste and compare each of the whole muscle cuts, our Air Dried Ham, Coppa, Lomo and Spalla, cured in a subtle blend of herbs and spices to ensure the flavour of the Mangalitsa shines through.

Contains:

• 1 x 75 gram packets of pre-sliced Air Dried Ham

• 1 x 75 gram packets of pre-sliced Spalla

• 1 x 75 gram packets of pre-sliced Coppa

• 1 x 75 gram packets of pre-sliced Lomo

• 1 x 150 gram half-stick of Salami (any one of Black Pepper & Garlic, Milano, Fennel, Spicy Chorizo, Sweet Chorizo or Pepperoni, dependent upon availability)

Temp/storage

Keep refrigerated. We advise customers to keep all products refrigerated, especially throughout the summer months. Remove air-dried sliced packets and salami from the refrigerator a little time before you are ready to eat to allow them to come up to room temperature in a cool, dark place for optimum enjoyment.
