Vaasu has always been about staying true to the chef’s passion for gastronomic discovery; Atul’s inspiration for Vassu comes from his travels in India.
Vassu’s fine dining offering features a three-course lunch menu that pays particular homage to Punjab, Delhi and Rajasthan. This experience includes a sparkling and fruity Bellini cocktail created by our talented team. Atul Kochhar invites you to savour the flavours of the Indian states.
