With our sharing platter you can relax and let us do the work, selecting you a variety of our cured meats, from Mangalitsa Air Dried Coppa, Ham, Lomo and Spalla, to local Beef Bresaola, Chorizo and Salami, all pre-sliced in a 225 gram pack ready for you to simply open and enjoy.

Contains:

• 3 x 65 gram pre-sliced packets of different air-dried whole muscles

• 1 x 60 gram packet of pre-sliced salami or chorizo

Product Life

Keep refrigerated. Use within 3 weeks.

Temp/storage

Keep refrigerated. We advise customers to keep all products refrigerated, especially throughout the summer months. Remove air-dried sliced packets and salami from the refrigerator a little time before you are ready to eat to allow them to come up to room temperature in a cool, dark place for optimum enjoyment.
