A Leg of Pork joint with the bones removed, rolled & tied to make roasting easier. A slightly leaner joint but still a good layer of fat which helps to ensure the meat is succulent and full of flavour. The skin is scored to ensure lovely crisp crackling.

Delivery Details: We ship on a Wednesday/Thursday via APC overnight parcel service. So delivery will be Thursday/Friday. All our orders are shipped using insulated boxes with ice packs. Unfortunately we can only offer delivery to Mainland UK postcodes and as from the 1/1/2021 we no longer ship to Northern Ireland.
