Supplier profile: Beal's Farm Charcuterie
Originally we only made bacon for a few local chef friends and to share with fellow stallholders at farmers markets. Word got out so we put together a proper breakfast box, adding our meaty Mangalitsa sausages and Morcilla, a deliciously aromatic Black Pudding style sausage that’s made to an old family recipe we learned in Spain.
• 2 x 350 gram pre-sliced packets of Back Bacon
• 2 x 250 gram pre-sliced packets of Streaky Bacon
• 1 x 600 gram pack Mangalitsa Breakfast Sausages
• 2 x Morcilla, Spanish-style Black Pudding (approx. 250 grams)

Remove air-dried sliced packets and salami from the refrigerator a little time before you are ready to eat to allow them to come up to room temperature in a cool, dark place for optimum enjoyment.
